Pardes Hagdud (פרדס הגדוד — translating to "Orchard of the Battalion") is a prestigious, highly established, and green residential district in northern Netanya. Its story began in 1928 when Jewish Legion veterans of World War I established an independent citrus farm on this land.

In the late 1940s, the farm was annexed to the city and residential construction began. The neighborhood was originally master-planned to house Jewish diamond cutters from Belgium, earning it the long-standing nickname "The Belgian Quarter" (שכונת הבלגים), and Netanya's first Diamond Exchange was established at the corner of Sokolov and Weizmann streets.

Construction is scheduled to commence in 2028.
